We will ensure the long-term financial sustainability of all our operations to be able to maintain and improve the value of assets and make meaningful and measurable investment in conservation.
It is critical that Zoos Victoria continues as a financially healthy and strong organisation. We will actively seek out additional sources of revenue to grow our business. We will do this through increasing visitation, developing new and innovative commercial products and staying aware of and open to potential acquisitions.
The Zoos Victoria financial model will focus on business unit performance and surpluses will be invested to deliver increased conservation gains.
