'Fly Like An Eagle’ is an exciting new program for VCE Psychology students examining the everyday use of operant conditioning used by raptor  and parrot training staff at Healesville Sanctuary.

Observational learning as well as fixed action patterns, learning sets, habituation and imprinting all become tools for enhancing animal interactions with our visitors.

Students can complete an assessment task on this Unit as they develop a deep appreciation for different types of learning as well as the amazing range of untrained behaviours.
