Winner of 'Trip to Africa for Two' announced

Peregrine and South African Airways today presented Cindy Pullar, from Gippsland, with a voucher for a South African Safari for two people.

Cindy was the lucky winner of a competition she entered while attending a Rhythm of Africa concert at the Werribee Open Range Zoo earlier this year.

The prize was a Peregrine six-day Kruger Wildlife Experience tour in the Greater Kruger National Park, one of Africa's most stunning wildlife regions, and return flights with South African Airways.

The tour offers spectacular wildlife viewing opportunities and the chance to see leopards, lions, rhinos, elephants and other amazing animals roaming in the wild.

Cindy said she had always wanted to visit Africa but recently crossed it off her 'to-do' list as she thought it was unattainable.

Cindy was notified of her prize earlier this week, a day before her birthday.

"I initially thought it was a prank as I couldn't believe I'd won the prize," Mrs Pullar said.

 "We're absolutely thrilled and look forward to taking the trip later this year, possibly in September."
