Natural playscapes are exciting places of exploration, discovery and learning for young children. With the support of Zoo educators, these discoveries can become rich learning opportunities. In this multisensory early childhood program, students are actively engaged in imaginative free and directed nature play. They are provided with real life concepts and given opportunties to make emotional connections with animals and the natural world through hands-on activities. Post visit students can participate in our Fighting Extinction Common Cents Challenge to help Tasmanian Devils.
