Animals in captivity require an environment that stimulates their intellectual, physical and emotional needs. Employees spend much of their life at work. Their physical surrounds and the people around them have a significant influence on the way they feel.

This workshop will explore how we create a stimulating environment and positive culture in our Zoo and how you can do the same.
