Vet for a Day
Did you know; the Australian Wildlife Health Centre at Healesville Sanctuary treats over 1,500 injured or orphaned wild animals every year?
These school holidays, become a Vet for a Day and work alongside our talented team of Vets as they look after the animals at the Sanctuary as well as treating the many injured wildlife brought to the Health Centre.
You will help them perform many of the daily duties they undertake including triage, diagnosis, health checks, rehabilitation and post mortem and have the opportunity to speak with them about their jobs and experience.
