Our new Parents' Room

Melbourne Zoo has recently opened the door to a purpose-built Parents' Room.

The Parents' Room is a safe, private and comfortable space for parent with young children. Private breastfeeding rooms—replete with comfy armchairs—feature the parenting stories of some Melbourne Zoo's animals.

The room is also equipped with:

• Several baby-change areas
• Basins and taps 
• Kitchenette with microwave
• Toilets
• A childrens' play-wall.

The Parents' Room, adjacent to the Lakeside Bistro, is open every day.
