See eye-to-eye with one of the world’s tallest mammals.

You will have the opportunity to get up close and personal with the astonishing and fascinating giraffe. Participants will help feed the Zoo's herd of giraffe and learn about their curious habits and daily care.

While giraffe are widespread in parts of Africa, their range is decreasing and populations are in decline as a result of habitat loss and poaching. Your encounter will provide you with an insight into some of the threats to these gentle giants and the Zoo's unique approach to working with communities and wildlife in Northern Kenya, through Beads for Wildlife.

A Giraffe Feed Encounter at Werribee Open Range Zoo is the perfect gift and an unbeatable adventure with friends or colleagues.
