Wine & Wildlife ticket refund

You can no longer refund your tickets. All refund requests for the event must have been completed by 9pm Wednesday 4 August 2021.

Your current Wine & Wildlife tickets will be valid for the new event dates of 11-12 September and will not require any new tickets to be reissued.

If you wish to hold onto your tickets but swap the day (i.e. Saturday to Sunday) please contact the Zoos Victoria Customer Engagement Team on 9340 2788 to request the swap, pending availability.
