Welcome to the Zoo Family!

We are so happy to welcome Kyabram Fauna Park and their members to the Zoos Victoria Membership family!

Your new Zoos Victoria Membership will provide you with many benefits in addition to those you've enjoyed, and will continue to enjoy, with Kyabram Fauna Park.

We have created a new Zoos Victoria online membership account for all current Kyabram Fauna Park members. If you haven’t already, please register your account online using your surname and account holder membership number (you’ll find this in an email or SMS message we’ve sent you) and complete all missing (or incorrect) member details.

We’ve also put together some important information below that includes changes on how to use your membership at Kyabram Fauna Park as well as at Healesville Sanctuary, Melbourne Zoo and Werribee Open Range Zoo, and to also help you make the most of your new Zoos Victoria Membership.

Do I get new membership cards?

Yes. Your new Zoos Victoria membership card/s are on their way to you. You will need to present your membership card/s when you visit Kyabram Fauna Park, as well as Healesville Sanctuary, Melbourne Zoo and Werribee Open Range Zoo, which you now have free entry to every day.

If we have your registered email address, you will have received an email with digital barcodes that you can use until your cards arrive. If we don’t have your email address, follow the instructions above to register your online account and your barcodes will be automatically emailed to you straight away.

Kyabram Fauna Park systems have also changed, so please ensure you bring your new Zoos Victoria Membership card (or digital barcodes) to be scanned when you visit.

Can I transfer my membership to friends and family?

No. As with Kyabram Fauna Park, Zoos Victoria Memberships are not transferable. To avoid any awkward situations at the gates, please don’t share your memberships with friends or family, as they will be required to purchase an entry ticket.

Speaking of guests, non-member visitors to Healesville Sanctuary, Melbourne Zoo and Werribee Open Range Zoo are required to pre-book entry tickets online. Visit the ticketing pages on our website for more information. Thanks to a Victorian Government initiative, kids also now visit free during weekends, Victorian school holidays, and public holidays, but you do still need to pre-book a ticket.

If you’re non-member friends are visiting Kyabram Fauna Park, they are not required to pre-book, they can simply pay on entry.

What will my membership renewal cost?

As a valued original Kyabram Fauna Park Member, Zoos Victoria will continue to honour your current membership price for the next three (3) years, up until 30 September 2025. You will receive a member renewal notification via email 28 days prior to your membership expiring with details on how to redeem this special offer.

Current price for Kyabram Fauna Park members (as at 1 October 2022):

  • Adults: $70
  • Concession: $56
  • Children under 16: free! That’s right, you no longer need to pay for child memberships, they’re free with a paying adult or concession membership.

Please note: your membership must be renewed via the phone or in person at Kyabram Fauna Park within 14 days of the expiry date to be eligible for this special discounted rate. Once lapsed, this rate will no longer apply, however you can re-join at any time at the normal Zoos Victoria Membership price.
