Join your host and our passionate Reptile keepers for a behind-the scenes tour of our heritage Reptile House, and meet-and-greet some of the amazing snakes, tortoise and lizard species that call it home. View and participate in different animal enrichment (this may vary depending on the day), all whilst learning about reptile training techniques and thermoregulation.

Finish off with an exclusive tour of the Butterfly House and Caterpillar Greenhouse, where the keepers will show you what goes into keeping our insects happy and healthy.

Along the way, learn about some of Fighting Extinction species, including the Lord Howe Island Stick Insect and the Southern Corroboree Frog.

Each encounter will be unique, allowing our keepers to let the individual animals shine and give them the choice and control on how they participate.

Your participation will help contribute to Zoos Victoria's work to fight wildlife extinction.

Zoo entry not included. Book your entry tickets for the same date as your encounter.

This experience is currently operating with a COVIDSafe plan in place, if you’ve done this experience before, it may be a little different this time around (but no less fun!).
