• Participants aged 12 must have accompanying adult supervision. 1 Adult per 3 Children or 2 Adults per 4 + Children ratio required.

• Each participant, adults and children will require their own paid ticket to attend.

• Wheelchairs are not suitable for this experience.

• Enclosed shoes must be worn.

You can help us keep our animals safe from disease such as Foot and Mouth – please follow the guidelines below for animal experiences:

• Ensure your shoes are clean (i.e., free of visible dirt/mud or organic matter)
• Do not bring any food products with you on your experience
• Do not bring any clothing or footwear that have been in contact with hoof stock
• If you have been overseas in the seven days before your visit, please do not bring any shoes, clothing or other items from your travel
