Each day, we offer opportunities to hear our expert keepers talk about the animals in their care and the conservation work being done for various species.
Fortnightly during school term
Your students can hear from our expert Zoo teachers about the wildlife at the zoo and how we're fighting extinction. Students can ask questions and learn more about conservation.
Friday 4th May, Friday 27th July, and Friday 19th October
Primary and Secondary teachers will be given the opportunity to attend a free professional development day at Melbourne Zoo to support their teaching and learning practice in the Victorian Curriculum area of Ethical Capabilities.

Melbourne Zoo will be the first venue in the world to unveil a brand new outdoor exhibition curated by National Geographic. Visit this spring to see 50 Greatest Wildlife Photographs.
