Members' Yoga with Lola Berry

We're partnering with Jane Goodall’s Roots & Shoots Victoria to celebrate the United Nations International Day of Peace.

Each September, Roots & Shoots groups from around the world celebrate the United Nations International Day of Peace observed annually on 21 September. Dr Jane Goodall has been a UN Messenger of Peace since 2002 and she continues to inspire us all to live in harmony with nature and each other.

This year, Zoo Members and Roots & Shoots Members of all ages are invited to find peace within through a special 45 minute beginners yoga class hosted by Lola Berry. Lola Berry is an accredited yoga teacher, nutritionist, author and presenter, and will guide participants through a memorable class.

Registration for this class will begin at 10am. Members will be required to complete a Medical Waiver Form. To participate, the waiver form must be signed and presented to the registration desk at the event.

If you missed out on this free event, why not check out the National Geographic's 50 Greatest Wildlife Photographs exhibition, showing from Saturday 8 September at Melbourne Zoo. Free with entry.
