The survival of some species still hangs in the balance, and for many, our commitment to fight wildlife extinction is their only hope.

It’s because of your donations that we were able to respond with expert care to animals affected by the recent bushfires. Your contribution ensured we could be there to rescue, rehabilitate and return injured wildlife to their natural habitat, and create a long-term strategy for species recovery.

Now, as we navigate through new, unprecedented challenges, we need your help to continue our conservation work.

"There’s never been a more important time to support our zoos.”

Your tax-deductible donation can help bring a species back from the brink

Your support will help us to continue to deliver critical breeding and recovery programs for threatened local species like the Mountain Pygmy-possum, impacted by the recent bushfires and a catastrophic decline of their key food source, the Bogong Moth, in recent years.

Thanks to donors, we have worked with partners to trial ‘Bogong bikkies’, an alternative food source to ensure this remarkable little possum doesn’t go hungry.
