- Ensure your shoes are clean (i.e., free of visible dirt/mud or organic matter)
- Do not bring any food products with you on your experience
- Do not bring any clothing or footwear that have been in contact with hoof stock
- If you have been overseas in the seven days before your visit, please do not bring any shoes, clothing or other items from your travel
