Restrictions

Children under 16 must be accompanied by a paying adult and the below adult to child ratios must be adhered to.

Children aged 8 and under must be supervised by a 1:1 adult to child ratio.
Children aged 9–15 must be supervised by a 1:2 adult to child ratio.

Please note all passengers aged 1 and over must have a ticket.

Fitted face masks are to be worn on all encounters, behind the scenes, tours, and in some animal habitats, which will be signed.

Join us as we delve into the world of one of Africa's most intriguing animals.

Explore behind-the-scenes areas with our keepers and discover how our bachelor herd are cared for.

Hear stories about the individuals in the group, feel dwarfed as you visit the Giraffe night quarters, and roam the Savannah to find their favourite spots.

Zoo entry not included. Be sure to also book your entry tickets for the same date as your encounter.
