Restrictions

Children under 16 must be accompanied by a paying adult and the below adult to child ratios must be adhered to.

Children aged 8 and under must be supervised by a 1:1 adult to child ratio.
Children aged 9–15 must be supervised by a 1:2 adult to child ratio.

Please note all passengers aged 1 and over must have a ticket.

Enjoy feeding these gentle giants as you learn about their habits, threats to the population, and the work we’re doing to protect them from extinction. Just watch out for those big tongues!

Zoo entry not included. Be sure to also book your entry tickets for the same date as your encounter.
