General admission is free for kids aged 4 and under every day, and for kids aged 5-16 on weekends and school holidays.

Maximum 1:2 adult to child ratio for children under 5. Recommended for children aged 2-5 years.

Fitted face masks are to be worn on all encounters, behind the scenes, tours, and in some animal habitats, which will be signed.

Little animal lovers will have a wild time stepping into the shoes of a zoo keeper.

Follow in the footsteps of a zoo keeper and help us look after some of the special animals in our care.

Zoo entry not included. Be sure to also book your entry tickets for the same date as your encounter.

Aged five and under, these zoo keepers-in-training will enjoy feeding some of the zoo’s cutest critters – the meerkats!

After giving them their breakfast, the group will head off to make and decorate a fun activity treat for our monkeys.

We’ll then give the finished treats to the Monkey Keeper, who will give them to the monkeys at bedtime that night.

With only small group sizes, bookings are essential. Recommended for kids 2 – 5 years old.
