Werribee Open Range Zoo’s baby rhino, Kipenzi is expected to be on public display until Sunday 8 September with timed viewings between 10:45am – 11:45am and 1:45pm – 2:45pm daily.
Meeting Point: Corner of Meerkat Bistro near the meerkat enclosure.
While the rhino calf is growing up fast and now weighs 150kg, she still needs plenty of rest and so public visits will be spaced through the day, with set group sizes and limited viewing times.
If she needs some time to rest or the weather is poor, display times may change or be cancelled at short notice.
Following 8 September, Kipenzi will move off display to begin her introduction to the rest of the herd.
