Virtual Excursion | Predator Prey Student Webinar (Year 5 - 6)

Year 5, Year 6

Wednesdays 1:45pm - 2:15pm
Tuesdays 2:30pm - 3:00pm

This webinar is designed especially for students taking part in the Predator Prey Virtual Excursion program.

Zoos Victoria is offering free Virtual Excursions programs. Each excursion comes with a teaching guide and a student webinar. While not a tour of the zoo, you will have an expert educator working remotely to talk directly to you.

Download the teaching guide for this program.

During the Predator Prey webinar, a Zoo teacher will run a workshop for your students and answer their questions.

This student webinar links to the Victorian Curriculum Level 5-6: Science

Students will learn:

  • How to identify key features African animals have to survive
  • How African animals rely on each other and the environment
  • The challenges African wildlife face in the wild
