Participants aged 12 or under must have accompanying adult supervision. 1 Adult per 3 Children or 2 Adults per 4 + Children ratio required.

Each participant, adults and children will require their own paid ticket to attend.

Covered shoes MUST be worn

This experience is wheelchair friendly

Fitted face masks are to be worn on all experience, behind the scenes, tours and in some animal habitats, which will be signed

Join our Ungulate keepers at Giraffe lookout for an intimate behind the scenes experience where you will meet our two Giraffes', Nakuru and Klintun, as well as the passionate keepers who care for them.

Each experience will be unique, allowing our keepers to let the individual animals shine and give them the choice to control how they participate.

Zoo entry not included. Be sure to also book your entry tickets for the same date as your behind the scenes.
