Minimum age 10. Participants aged 10-12 must have accompanying adult supervision.

1 Adult per 3 Children or 2 Adults per 4 + Children ratio required. Each participant, adults and children will require their own paid ticket to attend.

For safety, please notify your host on the day if you have a reptile or snake at home.

This experience is not mobility/ wheelchair friendly.

Closed-toe shoes must be worn.

Fitted face masks are to be worn on all experience, behind the scenes, tours and in some animal habitats, which will be signed.

Enjoy an experience like no other with these incredible cold-blooded animals.

Join your host and our passionate Reptile keepers for a behind the scenes tour of our Reptile House, and meet-and-greet some of the amazing snake, tortoise and lizard species that call it home. View and participate in animal care (this may vary depending on the day), all whilst learning about how our keepers provide for reptiles’ unique requirements.

You will also learn about some of Fighting Extinction species, including the Grassland Earless Dragon and the Southern Corroboree Frog.

Each experience will be unique, allowing our keepers to let the individual animals shine and give them the choice and control on how they participate.

Zoo entry not included. Book your entry tickets for the same date as your behind the scenes.
