Has your recent direct debit membership instalment declined?
To make payment and reactivate your membership:
Step 1. Click here to be directed to Renew or Manage your Membership
Step 2. Log in using your email address and password
Step 3. Update your credit card number and/or expiry date
Step 4. Authorise the amount overdue to be charged to your credit card and reactivate your membership. You can do this by calling our friendly Customer Engagement Team on 1300 966 784 or email us at members@zoo.org.au
