AVAILABILITY

Daily at 11am and 1.30pm

Please arrive a minimum 15 minutes prior to the start time and make yourself known to staff upon arrival.

DURATION 

20 minutes

GROUP SIZE

Maximum of 8 guests per encounter (unless agreed with the Visitor Experience team prior to encounter).

RESTRICTIONS

Children 9 years and older can participate without a parent/guardian; parent/guardian is required to be present to supervise child/children.

Children under 8 years old must be accompanied by a parent/guardian; parent/guardian is required to purchase encounter ticket.

Children under 3 years of age can accompany parent/guardian FREE but must be held by parent/guardian for the duration of the encounter.

Enclosed shoes must be worn for all animal experiences. Please Note: Crocs are not considered enclosed shoes.
