Reciprocal entry to selected interstate zoos
As a valued Zoos Victoria Member, your benefits include unlimited entry to Healesville Sanctuary, Kyabram Fauna Park, Melbourne Zoo and Werribee Open Range Zoo, 365 days a year. Members also enjoy free* reciprocal entry to selected interstate zoos.
Below is the list of all five interstate zoos you have access to, along with how you redeem your free reciprocal entry. Please ensure you read the information for each zoo as the process varies for each zoo.
Make sure you take your Zoos Victoria Membership Card/s with you when you visit to show you’re an active member. Did you also know you can now download your membership card to your Apple or Google Wallet – simply log into your MyZoo dashboard on your mobile device to download now.
Taronga Zoo Sydney
For entry to Taronga Zoo’s, Zoos Victoria Members will need to head to the Zoo Friends office located in the top plaza to have their Zoos Victoria Membership validated. Once validated you will be supplied with a day pass to enter the zoo. This pass does not include parking or access to the Taronga Zoo Friends discounted parking.

Taronga Western Plains Zoo Dubbo
For entry to Taronga Zoo’s, Zoos Victoria Members will need to head to the ticketing desk to have your Zoos Victoria Membership validated. *Free child entry is only applicable to Zoos Victoria Members who reside in Victoria or Tasmania. Zoos Victoria Members who are residents of NSW, SA, WA, QLD, NT and ACT will be required to pay entry for children. Children 3 years of age and under are free. Zoos Victoria Member discounts including zoo shop, commercial experiences etc, do not apply at zoos outside of Victoria. Discounts to car parking etc at interstate zoos also do not apply to Zoos Victoria members.
