Discover how to build a project linked to conservation work that protects threatened species and their habitats.

During this one-day workshop, you will:

  • Visit behind the scenes at Healesville Sanctuary to see threatened species breeding programs in action
  • Visit local conservation areas to learn about how threatened species and habitats are being managed and how your students can get involved
  • Build a curriculum linked project with our easy-to-use teaching resources
  • Explore other project ideas from across Victoria
  • Access teaching resources and templates to support your students’ learning
  • Experience real school teaching examples
  • Work collaboratively with other teachers and educators
  • Enjoy a catered morning tea and lunch 

There will also be opportunity for a follow up online check-in, during your project build, to provide further support for your project! 

Includes all workshop materials and entry into the zoo for the day. Catering is not included.
