Daily at 10.30am

Please arrive a minimum 15 minutes prior to the start time and make yourself known to staff upon arrival.

GROUP SIZE

Maximum of 15 guests per encounter (unless agreed with the Visitor Experience team prior to encounter).

RESTRICTIONS

Children 10 years and older can participate without a parent/guardian; parent/guardian is required to be present to supervise child/children.

Children under 9 years old must be accompanied by a parent/guardian; parent/guardian is required to purchase encounter ticket.

Children under 3 years of age can accompany parent/guardian FREE but must be held by parent/guardian for the duration of the encounter.

Enclosed shoes must be worn for all animal experiences. Please Note: Crocs are not considered enclosed shoes.
