Increased Member Discount celebrating International Cat Day Terms and Conditions

Offer available to active Zoos Victoria Members of 5+ years, who are the primary account holder and subscribed to receive member emails (“Eligible Members”) as per the terms and conditions below.

  1. Eligible Members will receive this limited time promotional offer via email on 4th August 2026. Zoos Victoria Is not responsible for promotional emails not received due to incorrect contact details, email filtering or unsubscribed email preferences.

  2. Promotional offer provides a total discount of 15% off the standard experience price of Tiger Experience at Melbourne Zoo and African Cat Experience at Werribee Open Range Zoo only. This offer replaces the standard member discount and represents an additional 5% saving above the usual 10% member discount on experiences.

  3. Promotional offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount or promotion. Promotional offer must be redeemed by phone with our Customer Engagement Team on 1300 966 784, between 9am – 5pm, 7 days.

  4. Promotional offer expires at 5:00pm 9th August 2026 AEST.

  5. Promotional offer applies to new bookings for experience dates between 4th August – 18th September & 5th October – 31st October 2026, subject to availability. Promotional offer cannot be applied retrospectively to existing bookings.

  6. Booking requests or changes to reservations requested from 10th August 2026 will not be eligible for the promotional discount and will be subject to standard member discount of 10% only. Any difference in cost for new booking date must be paid at time of rebooking.

  7. All regular experience terms and conditions, and specific safety restrictions of Tiger Experience and African Cat Experience apply.

  8. Experiences do not include entry to the zoos. Members and their guests must hold a valid Zoos Victoria Membership or purchase entry tickets at time of partaking in the experience.

  9. Zoos Victoria memberships are not-transferrable, and ID may be requested upon entry.
