Become a Zoo Member within 14 days of your visit and we'll deduct your entry ticket cost
You will need your entry ticket OR email to upgrade
Only one adult, concession or senior entry ticket can be deducted per adult, concession or senior Zoos Victoria Membership, for the paid amount of the ticket.
Excludes special event tickets.
If you wish to upgrade to a teacher membership, please call 1300 966 784 for assistance.
Children can be added to adult, concession or senior memberships for free after completing the upgrade online. This can be done by filling out this form or by calling 1300 966 784
Paid child entry tickets are eligible for upgrade to a Zoo Crew membership only, and cannot be deducted from the cost of an adult, concession or senior membership fee.
Additional Zoo Members who didn't visit the zoo with you cannot be added when upgrading online.

Physical tickets
The Sales Reference number is located in the top left corner of your ticket receipt, above the transaction ID.

Taronga Zoos
For entry to Taronga Zoo Sydney, Zoos Victoria Members will need to head to the Zoo Friends office located in the top plaza to have their Zoos Victoria Membership validated. Once validated, you will be supplied with a day pass to enter the zoo.
Taronga Western Plains Zoo Dubbo
Head to the ticketing desk with your Zoos Victoria Membership and photo ID. Once validated you’ll be provided with a day pass to enter the zoo and have a great day.
Perth Zoo
For entry to Perth Zoo, Zoos Victoria members must present their membership card and accompanying photo identification at admissions.
Adelaide Zoo
Remember you must bring your Zoos Victoria member card and a valid photo ID. Members will be required to show both their membership and their photo ID at the ticket window prior to be admitted.
Monarto Safari Park
