Only one adult, concession or senior entry ticket can be deducted per adult, concession or senior Zoos Victoria Membership, for the paid amount of the ticket.
Children can be added to adult, concession or senior memberships for free after completing the upgrade online. This can be done in your My Zoo dashboard or by calling 1300 966 784
Paid child entry tickets are eligible for upgrade to a Zoo Crew membership only and cannot be deducted from the cost of an adult, concession or senior membership fee.
If you wish to upgrade to a teacher membership, please call 1300 966 784 for assistance.
When upgrading online you cannot add additional people to your new membership in the same transaction. This can be done in your My Zoo dashboard or by calling 1300 966 784

Although extremely rare, a zoo property may be closed at times to members and the general public due to extreme weather or exclusive events. Memberships will auto-rollover in 12 months. A reminder email will be sent 28 days before you are due to roll over to update your details or opt out.
