This summer, we're excited to elevate the Lakeside Café experience through a new partnership with 400 Gradi. Together, we're creating a vibrant dining destination that brings their famous pizzas, handcrafted fresh pastas, tempting starters, indulgent tiramisu, and our signature "Coffee for Wild" barista-style coffee right to the heart of the zoo.
It's a true collaboration—combining Gradi's well-known signature dishes with our unique Lakeside setting to offer guests an unforgettable food experience during their zoo adventure. And for the adults, we'll be serving refreshing Aperol spritzes to complete the perfect summer visit.

The Melbourne Zoo Shop is open the same hours as the Zoo, making it easy to pick up something special during your visit.
Santa's Letterbox Is Here - For Members Only!
Got a wish to share with Santa? Drop your child’s letter into the special letterbox located at the main entrance, beside the Membership Booth. Parents can pick up Santa's reply letter from the same spot - no need to wait around. The letterbox will be open throughout December, until Christmas.
