Step inside a real animal habitat and discover what makes animals special.

This Foundation-Year 2 Science program introduces students to animal features, habitats and basic needs, and how living things grow, change and survive in their environment. Through immersive, sensory exploration in a zoo habitat, students observe animals up close and discover how they can respect and care for animals and the places they live.

This program is delivered at Healesville Sanctuary, Kyabram Fauna Park, Melbourne Zoo and Werribee Open Range Zoo, with each offering a different focus and experience.
