VCE Business Management
Explore how a large zoo operates as a real-world Government Business Enterprise.
This VCE Business Management program uses Werribee Open Range Zoo as a case study to examine operations management, strategic planning and decision-making within a Government Business Enterprise. Through the lens of Asian Elephant conservation, students investigate how collaboration, developing technologies and operational planning are used to balance efficiency, customer satisfaction, staff needs and animal welfare, while meeting conservation and community responsibilities.
