We know you don’t need an excuse to visit the zoo, but here’s one anyway.
Visit between March and May for your chance to WIN an exclusive overnight stay at Melbourne Zoo for yourself and up to 23 friends or family! Where you'll experience a night like no other. Hosted by your own personal tour guides, explore Melbourne Zoo after hours, with the entire zoo to yourself. Hear incredible stories you’ve never heard before, see what the animals get up to at night and enjoy waking up to the unique sounds of the zoo in the morning.
How to Enter
It couldn’t be easier:
1. Simply visit any of your FOUR zoos between March 1st and May 31st 2023 and you're in the draw.
2. Make sure your membership card/s are scanned on entry, so your entry into the draw is recorded.
3. Visit as many times as you can! ONE VISIT = ONE ENTRY, so the more times you visit, the more chances you have to WIN!!
The Prize
The prize is a one night exclusive overnight stay at Melbourne Zoo on Saturday 14 October 2023. The winner can invite up to 23 family and friends for the overnight stay. The prize also includes:
- Personal night and morning tours of Melbourne Zoo
- A delicious dinner, supper and breakfast
- Admission to Melbourne Zoo for all 23 guests
- Tents and camping mattresses for the stay
Please note: The winner and guests are required to provide their own sleeping bag and pillow for this experience.

If your child wins the prize, they must be accompanied by an adult. Check out the full terms and conditions for adult to child ratios required.
The experience is only available to children aged 4 and over.
In the interest of safety, and your enjoyment, registered attendees to the prize must be aged 4 years or over. In the event a member under the age of 4 wins the prize, the prize will be transferred to the primary member attached to the winning child membership.
Your membership card or barcode must be scanned on the day of your visit for your entry to count.
