Simply visit any of Melbourne Zoo, Healesville Sanctuary, Werribee Open Range Zoo or Kyabram Fauna Park during regular opening hours and scan your valid member card (digital or physical) – you’ll be automatically entered into the draw!
Members will receive one entry per day. Visit multiple times on different days over the promotional period for additional entries.
Child members are eligible for entry too, so make sure to add kids under 16 from your household to your membership and scan their digital or physical member cards too!
YES! We welcome all new and returning members, so if you visit during the promotion period, you are absolutely eligible for the draw.
Memberships upgraded from admission tickets on the day of visit will also be automatically entered into the draw.
One winner will receive 2 nights accommodation for 4 people at Taronga Zoo’s award winning Wildlife Retreat. They will stay in 2 animal view* rooms.
This prize has been generously donated by Taronga Zoo as part of our ongoing partnership.
To complete the prize, we are also providing a $2000 flight voucher to get the winner and their guests to Sydney.
*Animal view rooms will be dependent on dates selected and availability of these rooms.
The lucky winner will be contacted by email and/or phone, on the details listed in their membership account after the draw date on 7th October 2026. Non-winning entrants will not be notified.
Zoos Victoria Memberships are not transferable, and can only be used by the person listed on the membership. Staff at property may request ID matching the membership.
Zoos Victoria Membership is excellent value, and we also offer discounted membership for holders of valid student, concession or senior cards. Why not encourage your friends and family to join as members and enjoy the zoos with you?
All member cards (digital or physical) must be scanned for entry into the competition. If they are not scanned in, we don’t know you’ve visited.
If you’ve forgotten your cards, don’t worry, our friendly staff can look you up with your ID.
If you have lost your member card that is no problem, we can organise a new one for you. Simply log in to your membership dashboard at zoo.org.au/membership to download your digital card straight to your Apple or Google wallet, so you always have it handy!
