The newborn son of first-time mother 13-year-old Nakuru and six-year-old father, Klintun, has leaped into the big wide world, trotting curiously behind Nakuru and showing a real enthusiasm for chewing up some browse.
Just like any baby, the calf needs calm and quiet while he continues to learn about the world and if it’s cold and rainy he will be keeping snug in the barn.
